In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Requests by clients need to be provided by email.

We withhold the right to cancel any trip/tour for which you may or may not have booked without any liability except as specifically provided in these Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy

If a trip/tour for which the client has registered and paid the full money is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rains, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc), Travel Tales will issue a trip voucher for the full amount. The voucher can be redeemed for the same trip or another trip with Travel Tales in the next one year.

In case, you wish to cancel your trip after making your booking, it will attract some cancellation charges.  Cancellation requests will be taken by email only.

The cancellation charges are as under.

• Cancellations prior to 60 days from the start of the trip — full refund.
• Cancellation between 59 days and 30 days to the start of the trip— 75% refund.
• Cancellation between 29 days and 10 days to the start of the trip— 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 9 days to the start of the trip— no refund.
• In each case, if you bring a replacement then no charges will be deducted.

Please note: In case of refund, there will be an additional deduction of Rs 250 as processing charges.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
