Parashar Lake

The lake is located at a height of 2730 m above sea level. With deep blue waters, the lake is held sacred to the sage Prashar and he is regarded to have meditated there. Surrounded by snow-capped peaks and looking down on the fast flowing river Beas, the lake can be approached via Drang. There is a round, floating island inside the lake, which is a common natural phenomenon found all around the world. The floating land moves in all directions in the lake.

Itinerary
From Delhi take an evening Volvo for for Mandi to reach baggi in morning.
Reach Mandi in morning and move towards Baggi village .Have Breakfast and start trek towards Parashar Lake.Have packed lunch on the way.pend rest of the day at Lake, Enjoy sunset with Photography.Have Snacks and Dinner and camp under the Stars.
Experience Sunrise at Parashar Lake with 360° panoramic view of the mighty Himalayas.
Have Breakfast and start Trek back to Baggi Village.Reach Baggi and Freshenup and have lunch. Depart for Delhi post that and reach next day morning.
